April 2011 - Richard Yoxall, contract manager for Arriva UK Bus, said: “Accurate fuel consumption data is critical to the continued management of our extensive fleet of more than 6,000 buses. By examining information presented to us by Timeplan Fuel Solutions, in clearly defined groups by vehicle type, we can continually monitor the fuel consumption performance of our buses which aids our future buying decisions.

“We are also currently trialling with Timeplan a web-based data solution for our regional and London bus fleet and looking forward to seeing how this can help improve our fuel efficiency, data collection and analysis.”
