Stock management systems

Timeplan’s stock management system (SMS) is a facility that will provide customers with a total stock management facility.

The system is based around proven telemetry units with differential pressure sensors to measure the fuel stocks in tanks which is linked to the fuel management system to provide for the monitoring of fuel stocks remotely.

The System

• Avoids manual dipping and allows for remote measurement of tank stocks
• Links multiple tanks on site
• Recalibrates/resets tank levels remotely
• Ease reconciliation of pump and tank usage
• Has local on site displays

In addition the use of Timeplan’s bespoke software will provide for:

• Continuous monitoring for delivery detection
• Forecast future requirements
• Holiday period corrections
• Automatically generate orders
• Provide the optimum stock pattern/order configuration
• Identify usage patterns/trends
• Provides wide range of reports
